Affiliate Disclosure
Last Updated: 2026
What This Means
Verger Gauthier (vergergauthier.com) is a participant in affiliate marketing programs with various online casinos and gaming operators. When you click on casino links or sign-up buttons on this website and complete a transaction, we may earn affiliate commissions at no additional cost to you.
How We Earn Commissions
We generate revenue through affiliate partnerships with casinos featured in our reviews and guides. These commissions help us maintain and improve our website, research, and content quality. Your purchase price remains exactly the same whether or not you use our affiliate links.
Our Editorial Independence
Affiliate commissions do not influence our editorial rankings, reviews, or recommendations. Our casino reviews and ratings are based on independent research, player experience, security standards, game variety, and customer service quality. We maintain strict editorial standards regardless of commission potential. Higher commissions from a casino will not result in a higher review rating on our site.
Identifying Affiliate Links
Affiliate links and sponsored content on vergergauthier.com are clearly identified using one or more of the following indicators:
- "Affiliate Link" or "Sponsored" labels adjacent to links
- "Play Now" or "Claim Bonus" buttons that direct to partner casinos
Regulatory Compliance
This disclosure complies with the Competition Act (R.S.C., 1985, c. C-34) and Advertising Standards Canada (ASC) guidelines requiring transparent disclosure of material connections between advertisers and endorsers. We are committed to honest marketing practices and full transparency with our Canadian audience.
Your Responsibility
Please gamble responsibly. Before engaging with any online casino, you are responsible for:
- Verifying the casino holds proper gaming licenses and operates legally in your jurisdiction
- Understanding local gambling laws and age restrictions (19+ in most Canadian provinces)
- Reviewing terms, conditions, and privacy policies independently
- Setting personal gambling limits and recognizing signs of problem gambling
Verger Gauthier is not liable for losses or disputes arising from your gambling activity. The affiliate commissions we receive do not affect your account terms, bonuses, or player protections with any casino operator.
